Health Department’s Milton Clinic to close early on February 11 |

Milton, FL - The Santa Rosa County Health Department’s Milton Clinic location will close at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 11 due to road closures and traffic congestion associated with the Milton Mardi Gras Parade.
The Midway Clinic location will remain open until 7:00 p.m. to continue to provide opportunities to those individuals who would like to receive the H1N1 Flu vaccine. Extended hours will resume at the Milton Clinic on Friday, February 12. Extended clinic hours at all three health department locations are as follows: Milton Clinic 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., Monday - Friday 5527 Stewart Street 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 Noon, Saturday Milton, FL 983-5200 Midway Clinic 8:00 a.m. - 7:00 p.m., Monday - Friday 5840 Gulf Breeze Highway 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 Noon, Saturday Gulf Breeze, FL 934-4074 Jay Clinic 9:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., Wednesday only 14122 Alabama Street 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 Noon, Saturday Jay, FL 675-4211 Seasonal flu vaccine is also available for a $20.00 fee, payable by cash or check. Medicare will also cover the cost of the seasonal flu vaccine for those who are eligible.
